Most appeals against immigration decisions are through judicial means. However there is no right of judicial appeal against a refusal to issue a work permit, migrants who apply themselves may appeal under an internal procedure in writing within 28 days of the decision.

However there is no right of judicial appeal against a refusal to issue a work permit, migrants who apply themselves may appeal under an internal procedure in writing within 28 days of the decision. There is no appeal procedure for employers who apply for work permits on behalf of asylum seekers and are refused.
