Updated regulation in English on the issue of gender and family life is only available to a limited extent. The acts have later been amended, but these amendments are only available in the original language.

Thus, it should be noted that:

- the Consolidation Act on Gender Equality (Ligestillingsloven) No 553 of 2 July 2002 has been amended. The Consolidation Act No 1095 of 19 September 2007 can be found in Danish.

- the Consolidation Act Equal Pay to Men and Women (Bekendtgørelse af lov om lige løn til mænd og kvinder) No 756 of 21 August 2003 has been amended. The Consolidation Act No 906 of 27 August 2006 can be found in Danish.

- the Consolidation Act on Equal Treatment of Men and on Equal Treatment of Men and Women in respect of Employment and Maternity Leave, etc. (Bekendtgørelse af lov om ligebehandling af mænd og kvinder med hensyn til beskæftigelse m.v.) No 711 of 20 August 2002 has been amended. The Consolidation Act No 734 of 28 June 2006 can be found in Danish.
