Art. 230.
1. University employees, postgraduate students and other students shall have the right to hold assemblies on the university premises. The rector’s consent is required to organise an assembly in the university buildings.
2. The intention to organise an assembly shall be notified by the organisers to the rector no later than 24 hours before the planned start of that assembly. In situations justified by urgency of the matter, the rector may accept a notification made at a shorter notice.
3. The rector shall refuse the consent referred to in point 1 above, or shall prohibit the organisation and holding of the assembly, if the purposes or agenda of that assembly violate provisions of the law.
4. The rector may delegate a representative to the assembly.
5. Regulations pertaining to the holding of assemblies are contained in the university’s charter.
6. The organisers of assemblies are responsible to the university authorities for the progress of those assemblies.
7. The rector or rector’s representative, having warned the organisers to the effect, shall disband an assembly if its progress violates provisions of the law.
