Article 15

Unaccompanied minors who are seeking asylum would be assigned by the Body responsible for social security a guardian.

The asylum claim of an unaccompanied minor would be resolved in the shortest possible period. The Ministry of Interior would conduct the procedures taking into account the level of psychophysical development of the minor.
