LAW ON ALIENS 2003

Article 38

Temporary stay can be approved to an alien if:

1)They have the means of living.

2)They have secured accommodation.

3)They have the right to healthcare.

4)If there are no impediments from Article 45 of this Law.

5)If they have given proof of the reason of their stay.

On the first application it must be proven that the alien has not been criminally charged in the country of which he is a citizen or has permanent residence.
