LAW ON ALIENS 2003

[….]

Article 57

An alien must not be forcibly removed to a country where their life for freedom would be threatened, on account of their race, religion, nationality, social group, or political opinion, or where he may be tortured or inhumanely or degradingly treated or punished.

This restriction on the forceful removal of aliens does not apply to aliens where there are reasons to consider them a danger to public order or national security order or if they have been convicted of serious criminal acts.
