The stay of aliens within this Law is:

Stay up to 90 days.

Temporary stay.

Permanent stay.

Stay from paragraph 1 of this Article is seen to be the stay of aliens without a visa, with visas, or a border pass, unless it has been differently regulated by this Law or an International Agreement.
