of 28 June 1995

amending Law of the Czech National Council No. 40/1993 CoIl. on the acquisition and loss of nationality of the Czech Republic, as amended by Law No 272/1993 CoIl.

The Parliament has passed the following Law of the Czech Republic:

Article I

Law of the Czech National Council No. 40/1993 CoIl. on the acquisition and loss of

nationality of the Czech Republic, as amended by Law No. 272/1993 CoIl., is hereby amended as follows:

In Paragraph 11, sub-paragraph f), the full stop at the end of the sentence shall be substituted by the conjunction "or" and there shall be inserted new sub-paragraph g) which shall be as follows:

"g) immigrated into the Czech Republic before 31 December 1994 on the basis of an invitation issued by the Government."

Article II

This Law shall take effect on the day of its promulgation.
