Article 20
- The right to associate freely is guaranteed. Everybody has the right to associate with others in clubs, societies and other associations.
- Citizens also have the right to form political parties and political movements and to associate therein.
- The exercise of these rights may be limited only in cases specified by law, if measures are involved, which are essential in a democratic society for the security of the State, protection of public security and public order, prevention of crime, or for protection of the rights and freedoms of others.
- Political parties and political movements, as well as other associations, are separated from the State.
