Section 73

Fundamental Obligations of Employees

(...)

(3) The employees pursuant to subsection (2) may not be members of the managing or supervising (supervisory) organ of a legal entity engaged in business (entrepreneurial) activity; this obligation should not apply if their employer appoints them to such an organ and if, in connection to their membership, they do not receive any remuneration for such a legal entity.

(4) The employees pursuant to subsection (2) may engage in business activity only with the prior written consent of their employer.
