Article 174¹. Violation of the rule of organizing and conducting assemblage or manifestation

Violation of the rule of organizing and conducting assemblage or manifestation, -

shall result in fining in the amount of ten to twenty minimum rates of labor compensation.

The same conducts, committed by the organizer of the assembly or manifestations, -

shall result in fining in the amount of forty to hundred minimum rates of labor compensation.

Article 174². Hindrance to assemblage or manifestation by use of official power

Hindrance to assemblage or manifestation or hindrance to the exercise of the right to participate therein, by use of official power, -

shall result in fining in the amount of forty to hundred minimum rates of labor compensation.
