Article 2. Suspension of activities of a public association or interdiction thereof shall be allowed only by a court judgment in the instances prescribed by this Law and in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of Georgia.

Article 3. A court may, for a period of up to 3 months, suspend the activities of such a public association that has essentially turned to the entrepreneurial activities.

After the lapse of the period of time fixed by the court for suspension of the activities of a public association, the public association shall resume its activities.
