Article 180 (1). Violation of the procedures for organization or holding of public gatherings, meetings, street marches and demonstrations

Failure to implement in a timely manner the decision to terminate public events in cases stipulated for by the RA Law on Conducting Meetings, Assemblies, Rallies and Demonstrations is punished with a fine in the amount of 50-100 times the minimal salary.

Article 206. Violation of legislation on Freedom of Religious Association

Violation of legislation on religious association:

1. Avoiding by the leaders of religious associations of registration of religious associations by relevant state bodies.

2. Violation of procedures for holding religious assemblies, rallies and other worship rituals stipulated by relevant legislation.

3. Organization and conduct of special gatherings for children and youth, as well as other groups and groupings not related to working, literary or worshiping rituals by religious servicemen and member of religious associations.

Shall result in a fine in the amount of 30-100% of minimal salary.

Article 262. Duration of administrative arrest

… Individuals arrested for minor hooliganism, violations of established procedures for organization and conduct of public gatherings, meetings, street marches and demonstrations … can be arrested before the case is examined by the head (or deputy head) of the relevant internal affairs body.

The duration of administrative arrest is calculated starting with the moment when the violator is brought to the police for signing the protocol of arrest; in case the person is drunk, from the moment of his/her becoming sober.
