ON CONCEPTION

OF MIGRATION POLICY OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

In accordance with the regulation of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan as of February 29, 2000 N 327 “On approval of the Plan of actions on execution of the orders of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, stated on the broadened meeting of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan as of February 9, 2000”, Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan enacts:

1. To approve the enclosed Conception of migration policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on migration and demography together with the concerned central executive bodies, akims of the regions, cities Astana and Almaty elaborate the program and plan of actions on realization of the present Conception on term due July 1, 2001.

3. Present regulation comes into force from the day of signing.
