I. Tasks and Functions of the State Chancellery

3. The State Chancellery shall possess the following rights:
3.1. to involve in resolving of issues related to the public administration representatives of ministries and other state and municipal institutions, as well as representatives of non-governmental organisations and other institutions, as well as to establish working groups and organise inter-ministerial meetings;

7. The Director of the State Chancellery:

7.8. authorises officials of the State Chancellery to represent the institution in state and local government institutions, as well as in relations with non-governmental and international organisations;
7.9. organises and chairs meetings of State Secretaries;

III. Prime Minister's Bureau

14. Prime Minister's Bureau has the following functions:

14.3. to cooperate with ministries, other state and local governments institutions, non-governmental organisations, political parties, as well as with foreign institutions and international organisations according to instructions of the Prime Minister;

14.6. according to instructions of the Prime Minister to inform the society about decisions passed by the Cabinet of Ministers and the Prime Minister;
